Condenser Coils: Dirty vs Clean

     Regular cleaning of condenser coils is one of the most important tasks that can be performed on your HVAC equipment.  Dirty coils can result in reduced efficiency, increased energy usage, and even costly repairs.  But these risks can be drastically reduced by simply making sure the condenser coil is clean and ready for use.

Recent ASHRAE Study Confirms Clean Coils Reduce Energy Usage

In case there was still any doubt, a recent ASHRAE study confirmed energy savings in a 34 story Manhattan building as a direct result from coil cleaning.  The analysists monitored multiple temperatures, pressures, and other data throughout the study.
